Perseverance is key to weight loss. Even when you are feeling rubbish, it is vital to continue to make the right food choices.
Being a woman, how I feel each day depends on where I am in my monthly cycle. I think most women out there would agree. Fluid retention each month drives me bonkers as it makes me feel heavy, sluggish and a 'what's the point' attitude to everything where food is concerned. No matter what you do when you try to lose weight, nothing seems to be making me feel better. It takes two days for my body to sync into motivation whenever I have a blip, and over the last few days it has proved to me that it is vital to keep going, regardless of how fat or thin you may feel on any given day. I have come back onto the wagon after three weeks of days where I have started brightly and ended on a negative attitude towards the plan - often without intention. This week however, I have given myself a chance and basically stopped worrying, and let food take a back seat in my life. Boy, what a difference a change of attitude has made to my outlook on life. So the message this time folks is, DON'T GIVE UP! See you next time :o) xxx
