Start Weight: 15st 2lbs
Current Weight: 13st 6lbs Change: +1.5lbs Weight loss so far: 24lbs Weight loss target: 72 lbs Weight loss to go: 48 lbs 1.5lbs ON! Getting a tiny bit fed up of going up and down for the last six months. Where is my motivation people?! I need to 'remember my why'. Why did I decide to lose weight and try and become healthier. I think this will be the only way that I get over this and move forward. I have decided to give myself 5% mini goals until my final goal weight. Next target is 12st 12lbs. Wish me luck.
