I'm aiming a little more towards women in this post, as I discuss the monthly curse which means that I am hungry ALL THE TIME! No matter how much I try to eat more good food, or follow the No Count plan, or eat 0 cal food to try and fill me up; nothing seems to get rid of the hunger that comes with it at this point in my cycle.
I'd love to hear what other women do when hunger strikes, and by hunger, I mean uncontrollable hunger that makes you want all the wrong things such as bread and chocolate. I've been told that potassium is what the body needs, and annoyingly, potassium is in chocolate and potatoes. So how do I get rid of the hunger while at the same time keep within my SP allowance?
