So it is the end of 2016.
How do you feel about your weight loss journey this year? Are you disappointed with the way it's gone, or are you ecstatic after reaching your goal weight? However you think this year has gone, this is the opportunity to start a fresh new approach to your weight loss journey, be it with Weight Watchers or on your own. If you live in or around Cardiff, I highly recommend the Heath Park meeting on a Thursday at 9.30am. We are labelled 'the nutty class' but you would not find any class that is more welcoming. Everyone that has come to this class has credited it for changing their lives for the better. We start back on the 5th of January. Personally, my weight loss journey of 2016 has been mostly up (in pounds!) or staying the same, especially in the last six months. However, I fully intend to embrace the Weight Watchers (TM) plan in 2017 and I hope that my followers are able to help me along with my journey. If you are new to weight loss, and live in the South Wales area, reach out to me and I can guide you into the first scary week of being a Weight Watcher, and introduce you to my lovely leader Tracey.
