Such a struggle again this weekend. For the last three weeks, like a lot of people, I feel that I have lost that spark and the point of it all. To help me along I am going to post my daily tracker on my Facebook group every day from today to try and reel myself in. I feel angry with myself, I have let myself down, and yet again I am fighting to get out of another hole at the side of the road. I hate this :(
I would appreciate if my followers would offer some insight into how they crack that feeling of being stuck in a rut, and in a few weeks I will compile the best ones into a page on this site. Remember, Welsh Weight Watcher is on Facebook (search 'Welsh Weight Watcher'), so head on over there to discuss all things Weight Watchers; whether you are a member or not..

I revisit those good value meals that I have found really helpful in the past. So porridge with fruit and a tbsp of zero fat yog for breakfast. A huge salad topped with some lean cold meat and 3 melba toasts chopped into croutons. Then in the evening a zero point veg soup, followed by a multi veg and chicken casserole and a sugar free jelly fruit and 1sp's worth of flavoured yogurt. I try to drink a pint of water in the hour before each meal and have lots of tea and cofffee with measured skimmed milk. I do find it important to make sure I feel full after every meal. So hunger doesn't sabotage my intentions.
